Our dog ate a bar of soap. We went to this animal focus er because it was closer. When we went there we had to wait in-line, which is responsible. We waited for 90mins. The doctor seem that she had other intentions $$$$. We asked if she could induce vomiting for our dog. Asap. She said she would, but first she said she needs to do a care plan($$$$money plan$$$$$). So she left. And a technician came in about 30min after with the plan, i asked if they did the vomiting for our dog. She said not yet. We must sign a costly care plan first. They want to focus on payment instead of focusing on our dog. I declined the close amount of $3,000. This place should change it name from Animal Focus Vet ER to MONEY FOCUS FIRST VET ER. Very extortion base. Very Predatory. Horrible business practice. We took our dog to Veterinary Emergency & Critical Care on Tropicana and Durango . The first thing they did immediately was take our dog to get his care. No waiting, what a difference!

My chihuahua loves to get into junk and somehow managed to get ahold of a screw. He got it lodged between his teeth and wouldn’t let me come near it. Came here on recommendation from another ER vet because their wait was too long. They managed to dislodge it without any sedation, gave my baby something for the pain and we were able to go home. Total was about $300 for everything, went in expecting to pay way more. Very happy with their service and if anything ever happens again I will for sure come here

I went in late at night because my dog keept messing with her open wound Luis from front desk was supper nice and helpful I bought a dog cone . Loved the customer service

I brought my baby blue in last night and am glad I did. They quickly sprung into action and came up with a plan. He’s now home on the road to recovery. The staff was very caring and helpful, even helping calm my nerves. Thank you for everything.

I brought my chihuahua, Harry in this evening because he was throwing up all day and shaking uncontrollably. I was so worried because he has underlying health issues. I was met by the receptionist, Destiny. She was so sweet and caring!! Just a matter of minutes, the Veteranarian Dr Moskop came in and was just so awesome with me and my Harry! She made our visit more comfortable then I ever could have dreamed! I will take all my 6 dogs here from now on!! As long as Destiny and Dr Sarah Moskop are there!!
