After being referred by our trusted primary veterinarian at Boca Animal Hospital for a second opinion on potential tooth extractions years ago, we discovered what can only be described as veterinary dental excellence. His willingness to take time explaining the procedures, drawing diagrams, and ensuring we understood every aspect of treatment reflects someone who really cares about both patient outcomes and client peace of mind. His entire team mirrors his professionalism and dedication. From the front desk staff (Sydney) to the veterinary technicians (Tyler and the other nice gentleman that helped), communication throughout procedures is exemplary. They keep you informed at every step and seek proper approval before any treatment—a level of transparency and respect that should be the standard but, sadly, is often rare. It's no wonder people travel from across the country to seek Dr. Hewitt's expertise. Having the privilege of accessing this caliber of specialized care right here in Las Vegas feels like a tremendous gift to our pet community. We are clients for life. As long as Dr. Hewitt continues practicing, our pets will receive no other dental care.

I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Hewitt and all of his staff. I highly, highly recommend for anyone looking for a veterinary dentist. My only complaint is that Dr. Hewitt doesn’t do general practice. He’s knowledgeable about every area of veterinary care. He’s patient and incredibly thorough. I’m so happy I made the choice to see him.

Dr Hewitt and his entire staff are first class! From the moment we walked in the door with our dog, Bailey, they made us feel as if we were part of their family. They kept in touch with us every step of the way and let us know what was happening with our pet before during and after surgery. Even after we had taken her home, they called to check on her. I will never take any of my pets to anyone else for dental care!

They are all very sweet and care very much for my kitties. Our one kitty Phantom was in such pain it was very difficult to hear her scream. We went to Dr Hewitt and he fixed her right up. Our other kitty Gauge is new to him and we are working on getting her better. We like Dr Hewitt a lot he is straight to the point and knows what he's talking about. My kitty, Special Khae loved the visit. Dr. Hewitt knows everything possible about Stomitus. Illustrations were used. No rush through on our visit. I left knowing I had found the best doctor in town for Dental issues.
