Dr. Mulchi is amazing and so empathetic, knowledgeable, and considerate. She went the extra mile and gave us answers to our questions which meant the world to us after many failed vet visits at different clinics. We're so happy to have found her & the incline hospital team - every one of the staff is so kind and professional. Can't thank you all enough!

I have only great things to say about Incline Vet. All three docs are amazing and the staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I have had two animals as patients there for years and have always had a pleasant and professional experience. I would recommend this practice with no hesitation.

Absolutely terrible customer service, the front desk Megan is the rudest staff member I’ve ever encountered and has never been willing to help. She also has zero medical knowledge and will reiterate incorrect information regarding lab requests. I highly suggest taking your pet to any other veterinary hospital who actually want to help their patients instead of dealing with the condescending behavior from an immature staff member.
