We recently moved here and needed to find a vet for our dog Chowder. I’ve been researching, asking for recommendations, calling and visiting neighborhood vets for the last few several months. None of those vets felt good or right until I visited Highlands! From our initial “pop in” visit- the front office was friendly, enthusiast, and professional. The office is new, modern and clean. Convenient parking and close to home! It felt “right!”. Made a wellness/establish check up with Dr. Monaco, and the facility did not disappoint! Again, everyone was courteous, friendly, passionate about their job and professional and patient! Eventhough Chowder was nervous, he did great with Esme and Dr. Monaco and the back-office team with bloodwork! So glad we found Chowder’s new care team! Thank you!

Great visit. The staff was warm and inviting as soon as we walked in the door. The place was very clean and didn’t smell bad like some vets I have been to in the past. Dr Manaco and her staff were great and answered all of our questions. As new dog owners she made she we didn’t need anything before we left. Prices were adorable and location is perfect. We will definitely be back.

My cat had a tooth infection and was able to come in same day for an emergency exam. We were able to do blood work same day and schedule his surgery a few days later. They were really nice and explained everything very well. Thanks guy!

I’m very thankful to have Dr. Monaco and Dr. Francher help take care of my fur baby. They’re both very professional and personable, always offering to explain and educate me on proper care for my young Pomeranian, Latte. She adores the staff too! Instead of being nervous or scared, she’s always excited to see them because they make it a positive experience every time she goes in for appointments.
