How to Save on Veterinary Costs at Job's Peak Veterinary Hospital
Preventive care
Routine wellness exams can help identify health issues early, often before they become more serious or expensive to treat. Regular checkups are one of the most effective ways to manage long term veterinary costs.
Compare prescription pricing
Some pet medications prescribed at veterinary clinics may also be available through local or online pharmacies. It can be helpful to compare pricing when appropriate to reduce ongoing medication costs.
Consider pet insurance

They are great at what they do. We thought our fur baby was gunna die. She got sick and started to vomit, appitite slowly declined and she wouldn't go #2 anymore. She became super lethargic. Turns out She had an infection in her uterus which the vet identified and put her through sergery. Now she is once agian a happy pup! Thank you ♥️

I recently adopted two kittens from the Douglas County Animal Shelter and received vouchers for free rabies shots and free neutering for Job's Peak Veterinary. After speaking with the front desk and the office manager I was informed that I would be required to first have Job's administer their core vaccines (and establish them as patients and pay for required physicals) prior to them honoring the vouchers. When I told Con-Job's Veterinary that I would have my current veterinarian administer the vaccinations and the rabies shots and that I would have Con-Job's only do the neutering they refused me that service. They are refusing to honor the voucher because I am using my veterinarian for the shots instead of them. They are trying to blackmail me into being a client by not neutering my kittens as per the vouchers unless I pay all these extra fees. Moreover, Perscilla and the office manager were extremely short with me, demonstrated an extreme lack of customer service, consistently spoke over me and would not allow me to complete my questions and where in general very rude and unpleasant towards me. Crooked veterinary practice if you ask me. No wonder Diplomates won't touch them. They are also dishonoring Douglas County by refusing to honor the agreement they have with them to have adopted animals receive the legally required rabies shots and to be altered. Since Job's is neither interested in the welfare of these adopted kittens nor helping to control the unwanted pet population by refusing veterinary care, I can only hold them in contemptuous scorn. Your practice is not upholding the Veterinary Hippocratic Oath: Being admitted to the profession of veterinary medicine, I solemnly swear to use my scientific knowledge and skills for the benefit of society through the protection of animal health and welfare, the prevention and relief of animal suffering, the conservation of animal resources, the promotion of public health, and the advancement of medical knowledge. I will practice my profession conscientiously, with dignity, and in keeping with the principles of veterinary medical ethics. I accept as a lifelong obligation the continual improvement of my professional knowledge and competence. Con-Job's Veterinary Hospital earns a huge FAIL!!!!!

I love Job’s Peak. When I took my beloved 19-year-old kitty in for her trip over the rainbow bridge, Tobie was so compassionate and helped me through this heartbreaking ordeal. Dr. Dan treats his pet patients as if they were his own and we trust him completely. I will never go anywhere else.

I had the best experience at Job's Peak Veterinary Hospital. I would highly recommend them, they really care and were there for my dog at 2am when she was going downhill fast. I called at 2am and the vet returned my call within minutes and met me at their veterinary hospital. It was one of the most difficult moments of my life, saying goodby to my beloved dog, Lucy, and the vet was warm and supportive with me and Lucy. Thank you
