If your looking for a good vet place that cares & listen to all your pet needs this place is it. Everyone here is so helpful, caring & understanding to all our pets needs. Our little boy Mickey has the best care here. & Dr. Haebler is well aware of everything & very informative. I always recommend this place to our friends & family members

They DO NOT care about you or your pet. They care about money. They are also rude. Save your money and pet's best interest. I have been there a long time ago. Disappointing. I see the reviews have also dropped. Finally got my mom to realize what a joke it was there. She had been taking her dogs there for probably 2 decades (?) Took a many yeara. She went to Lone Mountain and was so happy to see how the vet experience should have been for her and her dogs.

Everyone was so understanding and attentive… our pup was really in need of a doctor… we got in on the same day… very fair price… blood work, medication and detailed explanations as to help the pup.

I brought my parrot here to get his nails clipped and the vet was awful she was an a hurry right off the bat! Told me to come to the back room, and she confirms why I’m there tells me to get him out rudely and I explain to her I cannot just grab him out I got him from someone who extremely abused him the other place I always went to would gently grab him with a towel she says “so you brought me an animal you can’t even handle” and she gets a towel grabs him very roughly and is pulling on him when his feet are grabbing onto the cage I tell her we half to unattach his feet she’s giving nothing but attitude so I get him off and the way she was handling him and grabbing him by the neck I know you grab a bird slightly but she was doing it roughly so unprofessional and rude I don’t recommend

Dr. Chaney, Dr. Haebler and staff are always so great with my animals. The front desk is always welcoming and I feel like my pet is truly their priority every time I talk with the team.
