Dr. Starr is an amazing vet! But, she should know when a horse is not going to have a good quality of life. Had a horse that needed treatment, she spent more money than I had expressed I could spend and the horse is struggling with quality of life and may have no possibility for any function. Clinic has terrible billing. At times the bill doesn't even show what you are paying for!

Dr Starr is so caring and so very compassionate. She always treats us with respect by explaining everything and laying out all our options so we can be comfortable with the decisions we make, no matter how difficult. Her love for horses and all 4-legged family members is so genuine, and she puts their best interests first. We feel very fortunate to have found Tularosa Equine and Dr Starr. Pepper and I thank you for getting us through a tough situation today.
