I came to this location to buy my dog’s prescription food. I had a valid prescription from his vet clinic and from Petco, but they refused to accept either. They claimed they only accept prescriptions from Banfield—and the Banfield inside this store was closed! Every other place I’ve been to has accepted the same prescription with no issue. This seems like a shady way to push people into using their own vet service just to make more money. Really disappointing and frustrating. 👎

Update: AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Discussed issue with corporate, my money is gone. Wellness plan sure does rhyme with insurance scam, cause that is what it feels like. Will never return, will tell others to avoid.

Banfield at PetSmart has the most considerate staff that explains all procedures. Banfield has the greatest insurance plan that is reasonable. The techs and docs are positive and thorough. I'm SO glad I found Banfield for my dog's health and care!
