Whenever I have taken my dog to this facility in the past, I was very satisfied. Today however, first thing this morning I was told that the fecal test showed everything was negative, which after the emergency visit I had for my dog would have meant that something very serious could be wrong with her. I spent several hours thinking my dog could be dying until I got another call saying the receptionist had told me the wrong thing the first time. When I went to pick up the medication, I got home only to find they had forgotten to give me a syringe for the liquid med so I had to make another trip back to pick it up. I was frustrated and less then satisfied with the front desk service today.

I have a small lhasa also And they are very gentle with her. Everyone that i've encountered that works there is very pleasant.

Dr. Ashton Kane and the Vet Techs have been wonderful providers for two of our dogs - over a 10 year period. We've since moved from the Monadnock Region, and wish we could have taken Westside Animal Hospital with us. You'll have no regrets by having Dr. Kane and her staff care for your furry family members.
