I was skeptical because they were a "brand" versus my normal hometown vet...but we have been with them about a year now and I am very happy with their care of our baby, Jack. I highly recommend giving them a chance. We also have the Optimum Wellness plan, which has been totally worth it.

Have been bringing my older dog here for 8 years always top notch service, just recently got a puppy and she snagged a finger nail, called them last minute hoping they could accommodate and they had me in the office within 45 min, had 2 lovely vet techs and a top notch professional veterinarian calming my clearly nervous puppy down, removing the nail, cleaning the wound, wrapping it in a bandage, and sending us home with antibiotics and pain meds for under $200. Professional, caring, well trained, top notch. I am a forever customer! Keep up the great work guys, it does not go unnoticed!!!!

Amazing people work here, they are so compassionate and really made it stress free with an anxious dog. I recommend 10/10, I’ve been on the wellness plan for 2 years and it is the best!! Thank you again for the awesome care you always give my pup!! 🐶

They were very curtious to me, and I could tell they were caring to my cherished cat. I was psyched to find them, and I would recommend them to my friends and family.

UPDATE: I received a call approx 1/2 hour after posting this review. When I gave the initial 5 stars, I was very satisfied with the initial visit, however, I am getting a little irritated at the length of time it is taking them to return my call. It's been 6.5 hours now and I am still waiting. My cat won't use the "special litter" they gave me so I can collect her urine and she won't take the anti-inflammatory pill they gave her for pain and swelling. So she still having pain and she's not peeing which really can't be good for her and I can't get a return call for suggestions on what to do next.
