I was in the middle of asking some questions about how to deal with a flea problem, and the guy on the phone didn't feel like answering any more of my questions so he told me to call an exterminator and hung up on me. I couldn't believe how rude he was and I would NEVER take my pet to a place like this. Get a new receptionist if you want your business to improve.

Whoever answers your phone is pretty rude. We rescued a dog and wanted local vet help but the guy told me to call someone else and hung up on us. We called for serious help. Thanks a lot whoever your secretary is.

Dr.Parsons is always very kind. We've taken our dog to him for vaccines since he was a puppy, and we've experienced no problems. :)

I've come here at 1 and 1:30 the last few days and every time there is a note on the door that says "out to lunch be back at 3:30" I don't understand why or who takes a 2.5+ hour lunch break. Not very convenient at all.
