Two years ago I first came to Westside Vet Clinic, with my pets. I was pleasantly surprised at the clean waiting room, the schedules of appointments, ( it seems as if the next appointment arrives as the previous appointment leaves), that is good planning. The vet upon meeting my pet, talks to him, gets acquainted with him, there is no rush to exam my pet, who then begins to relax. My previous vet experience was a mess of appointments overlapping, mass confusion and much running around. A pet is nervous at a vets office, Westside Vet Clinic has a friendly, casual attitude which helps my pets to be calm. The vet listens to my reason for bringing my pet in, charting a course of action and explaining the problem, treatment and what to expect. I am very happy with the course of care, in treating my pets. Recently I had teeth cleaning for two of my pets. They called me during the procedure and when it was finished. This eased my concerns to know my two babies were doing well. I feel they are competent, knowledgeable and caring veterinarians, with a very good staff experienced in caring for our pets and for the owners concerns.

This is the place to go if you want quality service, staff that care about your pets and being able to have your opinion count. I will not take my puppy any where else!

So I decided that I would get Bella’s Cremains out in her forever home a musical urn. When I opened her box she is in a very cute velvet bag that says: “Until We Meet Again At the Rainbow Bridge 🌈. How can I not display the beautiful bag with our beautiful baby? The bottom part is her fur. Other wise the music box part would show. Now to put 2 photos of her in the other 2 spots. We still miss her every day! Thank you so much Norfolk Westside Family Pet Clinic / Pierce Willow Creek Veterinarian you all are the best.

My pup was scheduled with another groomer and they needed to cancel our appointment due to unforseen circumstances on their end. I had called all over hoping to find a groomer that could squeeze her in for the day. Westside luckily had a spot open up and let us take that time slot. I drove out of town to drop our pup off for the day. The staff was very welcoming and kind. My husband had picked her up and sent me photos. We are very happy with her new cut. They trimmed her nails and plucked her ear hairs too. (Shitzu) She even came home with a cute bandana. I would highly recommend booking an appointment for your animal with Westside. We will definitely be a repeat customer. The staff is absolutely amazing!!!!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They took care of my fur kids and me in a professional manner. I'm grateful to have Willow Creek to call upon for my vet and boarding needs. This team rocks!
