I would give no stars if i could. But anyways we called after hours because our little puppy stopped breathing & Dr. Holbein practically told my 15 year old sister he wasn’t coming in and he would see if he makes it through the night. & if he does bring him in then. I would HIGHLY recommend driving 10/15 minutes extra to either take him to Lexington or Gothenburg where you know your fur baby will get the best quality care & not in hands with people who are just in it for the money.

We were traveling and our Golden Retriever had developed a very bad infection from bug bites. They got her in that very morning and treated her. Very friendly and helpful Dr. Holbein and staff!🐕💞

My only complaint at this point is the boarding. The rate is reasonable; $11/day. However, the 24-hour period that they use is 9 to 9. I leave early wherever I am out of town just to try and make it back. Today I was charged an entire day after picking up my dog before 11am. I could have left him there until tomorrow morning for the same rate. I depend on this service for when I travel out of town, which is relatively frequent. I guess I'll need to find somewhere that's more accommodating.
