I would never recommend this clinic to anyone. On 7-13 I brought my injured dog in to be checked out. I was told by the person who was at the front desk that the vet on duty was in surgery, the one coming on that afternoon had a full schedule. She then proceeded to tell me that they weren’t taking any new patients and they didn’t board. My dog was in pain and they showed absolutely no signs of common decency for him.

As always Dr Diane and Dr Todd and all the staff care for my animals like their own. So kind and caring. I highly recommend them to anyone needing small or large animal vets.

They are not a hospital, hospital can take emergency, and Grassland wouldn't let my daughter bring in her dog. They said bring her in tomorrow and would try and get to her. We'll had to take her to Kearney, by the time got her there she was on her last leg. So I would find another vet who actually cares about animals.

I called and asked about a plastic E-collar for My dog if I could buy one. Sadly I got grilled with 20 questions to why I need it and is it necessary? If your selling it to me over the counter you shouldn't concern yourself why I need it. My babies won't be visiting anytime.
