Points east is the very best place. I would take my dog here on any occasion. Dr. Wagner, and Dr. Smith along with the various techs and icu nurses truly saved my dogs life. As soon we got there we were greeted and welcomed with open arms in trying to help our boy. We had 0 wait for biscuit to be seen. They took him back and immediately started trying to figure out what was wrong. They were very helpful and they have an excellent communication system. We were never worried about what was happening or if biscuit was okay. Unfortunately he did need emergency surgery to save his life. And that’s just what they did, save his life. When we were able to go pick him up and take him home he didn’t even wanna leave! He tried to go right back inside. That warmed our hearts to know they took amazing care of our boy. We could never say thank you enough to Points East and their absolutely amazing staff. Please take your animal here if you have any issues, they will do anything and everything in their power to help. I wish I could give them 10 stars!

My cat sadly passed away, but the care that he received here was unmatched. There was nothing more that could have been done, and they still went above and beyond. Everyone working at this facility is kind and empathetic, from the doctors to the veterinary assistants to the techs to those working at the reception desk, everyone was amazing. One of the employees (whose name I have tragically forgotten because I am thoroughly distracted by grief) even stayed 3 full hours after his shift had ended to stay with our little one and ensure that he was receiving the best possible care. Dr. Ashley Wagner was also amazing, even though I only personally met her as my little one was on his way out. She did an amazing job with coaching us through the end, making us aware of every detail, and giving us every option possible. She was incredibly comforting in an absolutely horrible time and I am truly eternally grateful to all of the staff at this facility.

We had no idea our precious Mattie would have a life ending emergency that would bring us into the Points East emergency room on April 2, 2023. As hard as that day was, we have no doubt in our mind that we made the right decision to take there. That became apparent immediately upon arrival. We can’t thank each one of their staff members enough for the kindness, love & compassion they showed to Mattie & us.

We took our 7 wk old 1.2 lb puppy in after only having him for a short time for low blood sugar! Ore regular vet was closed! Service was amazing and the communication was on point! They keep us aware of everything that was happening and our little buddy is home and doing amazing! Thank you so much for saving our little one! Definitely will be using them again should an emergency arise after hours!

I would have given more than 5 stars if possible. I have been to this facility with my Beagle, Ally, twice this week and received nothing short of honest and professional care for her cancer/ bleeding. They took her in immediately and alerted me to updates in a compassionate and timely manner. Maddie, Ashley, and Dr. Barth made me as informed and comfortable as possible while taking wonderful care of my baby girl all at a price that was considerably less expensive than I was expecting. Unfortunately the cancer was very aggressive and I had to make the decision but they gave us plenty of time to spend with Ally in a private room (Ashley even brought her some cake). They made a clay paw print and gave me some of her hair afterwards plus wrapped her in a personalized memorial bag. Would definitely recommend this facility and it's staff to anyone who wants the best for their pet.
