Front desk staff has always been nice to us, but DO NOT purchase the Optimum Pet Wellness Plan. Our dog passed away and we called Banfield to cancel. The lady over the phone charged us with a $227 cancellation fee. That is completely ridiculous! As a small business owner, this really upset me, and I would never do that to one of my customers. I actually give my customers free refunds for unused services. Don't not proceed with the Wellness Plan, they are obviously not sympathetic at all and just want your money while you are still getting over the fact that your beloved pet has passed.

We have been with Banfield for 21 years now! We love the care that they give the pet and the owners. We have been with then threw ups and downs, downs being...we had two of our pups put to sleep for health problems. They were older pups. The Doctor and nurses were so loving and even teared up right along with us!

We had a broken toenail on our German Shepherd, called at 4:30 PM and advised to bring her right over. Dr Klink and staff were exceptional in handling our dog and had her ready to go in no time. Myla and her family want to thank all of you for your care and .concerns. Pets here are treated in a special way which is greatly appreciated. John and Rhonda

Willow was so sweet, Katie, Kaia, the OM! Was hesitant, but quickly got over my fears! Dr. K was wonderful! They care about the fur parent and the fur baby! Best vet we have seen around these parts. (MIL is a retired vet, so standards were high) Would travel to see this group of fur loving and caring individuals!

Dr P and the staff are all ama,ing, kind and caring. Dr explained everything, had staff call us as follow ups for a few days. Awesome customer and pet service.
