Dr. Cowan is the best. Our dogs love her. She has her staff call to check on them every day when they are sick.

Will absolutely not be returning. The reception staff was fairly pleasant, but Dr. Cowan was gruff, abrupt, and unprofessional. We were already somewhat in shock as our poor little kitty had been hit by a car, but were stunned as we were slammed with abrupt, cold treatment options right out of the gate about expensive orthopedic surgery vs. leg amputation with a few interjected hurtful comments about people who let their cats outdoors, ever, and how unfortunate that the cat was pregnant. Had she taken any time at all to talk to us we could have told her the story behind our rescued barn kitty, but she didn't even introduce herself. We were made to feel like terrible pet owners and there was complete coldness as she jumped into spinal cord injuries, dying of shock, etc. without any preface or compassion. If nothing else, we appreciate that the practice worked us in as an emergency this morning, but if we were that big of a hassle I wish they had simply told us they couldn't be bothered. We are new to the area and were forced to find a nearby vet quickly this morning, but we will definitely look elsewhere for a place to establish care for our pets.

Use to work there. Is a great vet and would recommend this vet to anyone looking for a good veterinary hospital for all their fur babies!

Love the vet and staff here. They could use more help as far as another vet to help out. But always very sweet to my babies

Lost my girl Princess on 21st of December. Doctor Cowan was so good for her as she had health problems for several months. All the staff praised on how sweet my girl was. I sincerely appreciate everything they did to help me keep her as long as I could.
