Both my chihuahuas wound up having heart issues later in their lives but the vets worked with me all the way to the end of our sweet Belle’s life and is working with us with Jasmine! They are caring and supportive and through, even if she is not always happy about it!

Everyone was super sweet to me and my pup! The vet answered every single question I had and didn’t rush me out of the office! She was able to make recommendations on products that I needed help picking out! Overall great experience, I don’t think you could make it any better unless you add a bar!!

Nothing could have gone better with my little Moe's visit! It was perfect! Dr. Cartner and his staff are the best and I always feel my pets are in the best hands......❤️ Scott's Creek and Dr. Cartner!

My mother was driving, walked in and made an appointment for her dog to get simple oral preventative care vaccine. Now she works till 5p.m. and made the appointment as the last 1 in the day. It just so happen to be easter weekend and the secretary made sure that they would be open. However showing up at 5:32 p.m. no one was there. By the look on moms face she was not happy. So mom called back and the vet was sick. We get that. Things happen. With that being said. A simple phone call saying that they was not going to be open would have been nice.
