Everyone at Coats Veterinary Clinic was so awesome! It was our first time having an animal and taking them to the vet, so it was a little emotional for us, but everyone at Coats was completely understanding and took as much time as need to answer all of our questions & making suggestions that would be best for Kitty Kitty. Being it was a new experience for us, we did not even know all the questions to ask. They were so awesome and patient in answering all of our many questions! They were so helpful in everything! Our Kitty Kitty is doing awesome after her spay procedure! Thank you!

The whole staff is professional and very kind. I feel like they LISTEN to and RESPECT my decisions regarding the various options regarding my pets’ health without making me feel guilty. I am given several options with both the pros and cons involved- they’re very thorough and when I leave I feel educated and well informed.
