On Monday, June 12, we took my son's and our precious American Bully to Hill Creek Vet to have him put to a much needed rest. Dr. Bonnie and the tech, I'm sorry I can't remember her name, were absolutely wonderful, kind, and loving with our dog Josie and us. I would tell anyone wanting smart, caring vets with a staff that is just as caring and kind that Hill Creek Vet. Hospital is where they need to take their pets. Believe me, we drove almost 2 hours to get there.. Thank you sooooo much Dr Bonnie and your assistant. Henrietta Edge

I am writing to get the attention of the owner(s) of Hill Creek Veterinary Hospital (HCVH). I have been a client since 2017 and until recently have been well served. Since their relocation I been repeatedly and consistently disappointed by HCVH. I would like to think my bad experiences are isolated, but because I have been repeated dissatisfied I am wondering - who owns this place and do they realize that their operation is being very poorly run? It is sad, because they used to be a terrific place to take my pet. Hoping this message reaches the people who manage HCVH so that they are made aware of the repeatedly poor service I (and perhaps other clients) are receiving.

If I could give them negative stars I would! Some of the staff was very nice but this one person in particular ruined my whole experience for me she was very rude and and disrespectful when I asked the question to her. She seem to handle my dog so rough to the point where he tried to bite her to stop her from grabbing his throat and picking him up from the front of his throat. I will never take my dog back or any animal I ever get back to this place because of this person.

I love Hill Creek Vet. They are amazing and love my fur babies as if they were their own. I feel like family when I bring my babies for a visit. I have always received knowledgeable and caring service.

There are some good vets here but after being a customer for his whole life, this vet was unavailable for my dogs end of life needs. They instead referred me to a rip off outfit from Apex that was anxious to over charge and take advantage of the situation. This vet also charged me $150 more than what 2 other vets in town charge to have a female cat fixed. They charged over $500 including a microchip (also included by the other vets). I think they have lost their way.
