How to Save on Veterinary Costs at Berkeley Veterinary Clinic

Preventive care

Routine wellness exams can help identify health issues early, often before they become more serious or expensive to treat. Regular checkups are one of the most effective ways to manage long term veterinary costs.

Compare prescription pricing

Some pet medications prescribed at veterinary clinics may also be available through local or online pharmacies. It can be helpful to compare pricing when appropriate to reduce ongoing medication costs.

Consider pet insurance

Pet insurance may help cover a portion of eligible veterinary expenses depending on the plan, including accidents, illnesses, and in some cases preventive care. Coverage details, reimbursement levels, and deductibles vary by provider.

A trip no furbaby parent wishes to make. But our girl Lucy had been not doing good for some time and with a thorough checkup by Dr. Wilder and his staff it was determined she had an inoperable cancerous tumor in her lower jaw which was not going to be good for her moving forwards she was not able to eat and was losing weight at an alarming pace. Dr Wilder and his staff helped our family help Lucy over that Rainbow 🌈 Bridge where she was able to leave us with dignity and we feel confident we made the best choice for her. Thanks to all the staff at Berkeley Veterinary Clinic for your compassionate support in this heartbreaking 💔 moment we had to endure. Thanks again for their heartfelt support. I checked around and found Berkeley Clinic from other Veterinary helpers. I had asked if anyone knows a Clinic where you don't feel like just a number. And now finally finally finally! I have found a Veterinarian Clinic that actually cares about me and the fur babies. And this at a reduced price then I'm used to paying. You definitely won't miss your mark if you can get in to see these doctors. As a kennel owner I will say that I would definitely recommend them. They're right up there with point east the emergency clinic.

We absolutely LOVE Berkeley vet! I've taken both of my bloodhounds and even their babies here for their vaccines and bath days! They always take good care of my babies and answer any questions or concerns we have!

Loved the staff and vets who saw my dogs and cat recently. Incredibly clean facility and friendly staff. You can tell the vet really cares about the animals and keeping the cost acceptable to you. Definitely recommend making an appointment here.
