Compare prescription pricing

Some pet medications prescribed at veterinary clinics may also be available through local or online pharmacies. It can be helpful to compare pricing when appropriate to reduce ongoing medication costs.

Consider pet insurance

The rudest staff. Had a situation where multiple of my animals got sick at the same time. Due to scheduling limitations, I scheduled my dogs to be seen at our usual vet, and our cats here. The front desk was also told they are in need of updated shots, which was relayed to the vet. The vet barely glanced at the cats, said there’s nothing they could do, and it may be feline herpes. While I understand nothing can be done for viral illnesses, the doctor didn’t even bother with the shots, ignored concerns about a new type of litter possibly causing respiratory issues, and rushed them out the door. $124 for a 3 minute visit with no shots, so I’ll still have to schedule them elsewhere. A cash grab and waste of time. I will stick to Reems Creek, as this office needs to learn what bedside manner is. Absolutely terrible experience. Take your pets elsewhere if you like kind, attentive staff. This vet office is clearly about profit over thorough care.

Today was our first visit to Cane Creek Animal hospital with our new puppy. They were very nice and welcoming. Good with the puppy. Glad to have a nice place to take him. We do recommend them.

Love this place. They are knowledgeable and practical and not pushy with anything. Great communication too. We take our dog, cat, and horse here. Well, Dr. Wright comes to the horse :)
