Not happy at all! Emily Ruble was supposed to contact us numerous times and never did. Our beloved dog has scary high liver functions. We need an appointment for an ultrasound. We couldn’t get her to call us back for a referral. So far twice we have been waiting by the phone because we were told she would contact us “after she got out of a clients room”. Didn’t happen and we are freaking out. This is our child.

Awesome Animal Hospital!!! I had to take 3 cats this week to get spayed, when I got home with them today, I noticed they had their nails trimmed. Usually, at any other vet, that cost $15 extra, I'm pretty sure. They were super nice and every time I called to check on my little furbabies, the staff actually put me in hold to go check on them!!! Love, Love, Love this Vet!!! Thank you Grandview!

Needed a veterinarian for my dog called several different places and was told it would be anywhere from three days to three weeks before I could get an appointment for her. I called Grandview Animal Hospital which is located in the Enon area of Yadkin county and was told to bring her there that afternoon to be seen.

The wait time was horrible. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and was not seen for 50 minutes. Then, after my dog got checked, I had to wait another 15 minutes to get his pills so I could check out. The doctor is super kind but the staff seemed annoyed. The lady at the front desk did not want to be bothered. Maybe everyone was just having a bad day???

Absolutely wonderful place! They were so kind and loved our dog Buddy! They were behind when we got there but they still got us in and out fast. Very kind doctor and staff! Highly recommend!!
