First puppy visit was handled with ease & the technicians were top notch & kind. I didn't appreciate hearing through the closed door the reasons the veterinarian wouldn't have a pure bred Bassett hound. Kinda made me feel bad as my pup was purchased for the reasons they were bred. There are no preconceived notions that his ears won't need extra care. I'm sure your pet will be fine there!

I can't put into words how thankful I am to have found this amazing office in a more rural area. While others have shrugged us off because they aren't familiar with the breed, Dr. Fischera is always confident in her approach. Try to remember that each staff member works an extremely stressful job and show them grace. We have no idea what they experience day to day, and it takes a very special strength to do what they do!

Our sweet Otis woke up sick one morning last week and I called Shadow Ridge to see if they could see him due to it being on Sunday snd his vet was closed. From the very first moment of contact up until we left we were treated very nicely by all staff! Every person we spoke to was very knowledgeable about what was going on with our Otis. Outstanding place to take your fur babies! Very affordable! Best part Otis was feeling much better and back to his old self in just a couple days with the meds prescribed! They even called us to check on him up to 2 days after our visit. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! OUTSTANDING! THANKS TO ALL AT SHADOW RIDGE!
