Finding Whiskers and Paws clinic was one of the best things to happen to me! I was given a kitten but was not informed of her health condition. I was facing some pretty severe financial struggles and had already spent over a thousand dollars on my two dogs regular care at a different vet. Dr. Karla was amazing! She quickly diagnosed and educated me on what steps needed to be taken, explained the plan and cost associated, and did all of this before charging me a thing! I love that they are always sure to explain cost prior to treatment and are flexible with the care provided to try and meet your budgeting needs. I could go on and on about the ways this clinic has assisted and supported myself and my fur baby thus far! So far I’ve only taken my cat but I look forward to transitioning my dogs there for treatment as well! Thank you Doctor Karla and staff so always caring, flexible, and always being so helpful. We stumbled onto W&P, after rescuing our 1st kitty, which is an indoor cat. We started taking him in for visits, and couldn't be happier with the services we receive, at a fraction of the cost of other vets. Then we had a kitty apparently born under our shed, and stuck around. After finally getting him tame enough, it was time for new outdoor addition to go see the dr. The dr has helped me sooo much! I was barely used to being a new kitty mom when all of a sudden, I had another kitty with different needs than my indoor baby. He seems to be fitting right in with the family now. I can't express our appreciation for their compassion, advice and affordability. I highly recommend.

Had a great experience bringing my dog in for some last-minute overdue vaccinations before boarding her for our upcoming beach trip. The prices were very reasonable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. They are walk-in only, so I recommend arriving before they open to avoid a long wait. They have you wait in your car and call you when they’re ready for you. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend!

Brought my 10 year old American bulldog mix in today for suture removal 2 weeks post surgery. My Princess had an apricot sized growth hanging from her abdomen along with several smaller growths that Dr.Karla removed. The surgery went great and Princess didn't have any major swelling and no bruising at all. Most of the smaller growths just got cauterized,but the large growth and 2 of the smaller ones needed stitches. A lot of reviews mention Whiskers and Paws having better prices than other local vets, but in all honesty it's the fact that Dr.Karla and staff truly care about Princess. I would absolutely not bring Princess any where else. Thank you again to Dr.Karla and her entire staff ❤️

Dr. Karla at Whiskers and Paws is truly exceptional. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the care my 19-year-old cat, Goldie, received from Dr. Karla and her team. From the very first conversation, Dr. Karla was compassionate, patient, and incredibly thorough. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered every question without rushing, and treated Goldie with such gentleness and respect. Goldie required a dental procedure that felt overwhelming given her age, but Dr. Karla’s expertise and calm reassurance gave me complete confidence. The procedure went smoothly, and Goldie is already home, comfortable, and even eating — which speaks volumes about the quality of care she received. What also truly stood out was how fair and reasonable the pricing was compared to other veterinary practices in the area. Exceptional care is often paired with overwhelming costs, but Dr. Karla provides top-tier, thoughtful veterinary medicine at a price that feels honest and accessible — which means so much to pet owners, especially those caring for senior animals.
