The doctor was compassionate and took care of my baby boy like he was her own. The team is great and hopefully I don’t have to go back, but if I do, I absolutely would go to VEHC again.

We had a pet emergency and the first hospital I went to wasn’t able to perform the procedure so they referred us to VEHC. They were wonderful! They got me to a room immediately and a tech was in within five minutes to go through everything with me. The doctor came in five minutes later to walk through the procedure and what to expect. I then left my cat and they texted me updates and called as soon as the procedure was over to let me know it was successful. When I picked her up they provided a very clear care plan and detailed instructions that they walked me through before sending me off with a bag of meds and instructions. They called me the next morning to check in to see how she was doing and make sure everything was going according to plan. The entire staff was incredibly professional, caring and compassionate, even after handling my spicy cat and dealing with a power outage (they had a generator so were still able to perform all necessary procedures!). I hope I don’t have a reason to go back but if you do have a pet emergency I couldn’t recommend a nicer, cleaner hospital.

Everyone at VEHC is truly amazing. Adyson & Casey especially, who have always gone above and beyond with their care, reassurance and support- at our normal animal hospital and now at VEHC. Dr. Karriker answered every question and made a terrifying moment easier- knowing that my pet was going to be in the best hands and monitored 24/7 while she was there. They were all very calm, transparent about what was happening, detailed what we were looking for and explained what each diagnosis meant. I’m so thankful for them, their level of professionalism and love for animals is remarkable. They had super detailed notes, discharge instructions and treatment observations- & I would recommend VEHC to anyone in need of care for their pets.
