Overall it was amazing. They’re my pups primary care for a reason. Dr. Millevoi was amazing with my pup and even accommodates the pup if they want to stay on the floor. But it’s not just the Dr. who is amazing. Their whole staff is awesome. I had the pleasure of working with Nurse Nichole who made sure my pup Phaestus was comfortable and relaxed. She was very detailed in her work as well. They will stay my pups primary care team for as long as possible. I really can’t say enough great things bout this team.

I had an amazing experience at Petfolk. My cat, Mist, has always been very nervous and stressed during vet visits, but this was the calmest I’ve ever seen her with a veterinarian. The staff was patient, gentle, and took the time to make her feel comfortable instead of rushing through the appointment. The entire clinic had a welcoming atmosphere, and everyone treated Mist with genuine care and compassion. As a pet owner, it made a huge difference to see her so relaxed and at ease. This was by far the best veterinary experience we’ve had, and I highly recommend Petfolk to anyone looking for a caring and low-stress environment for their pets. Thank you for taking such great care of Mist! 🐾

I had a wonderful experience when I visited! My dog, Lucky, started limping, so I took him in and he got an xray and some medication for his hind leg. Kelli and Kim explained what was going on clearly and were very nice. I would recommend this place for sure.

Today was technically Sir & I 2nd time visiting Petfolk, but I would like to think of it as our 1st. Sir is a Staffordshire Terrier the 1st time the doctor never said a word and told us to comeback with meds. The plan was to never comeback but months later Sir has a bite on his foot and ended up at a different location but same company. This time we were met by a much more friendly staff and felt welcomed. They loved on my 65 pound baby and went in detail about his issues. They even gave us a discounted price today to makeup for our last visit. I want to say thank you to Dr. Amber Moore, Kelli and Marleech for taking good care of us. There are simply no words to express the level of care, compassion, and kindness the entire team showed our beloved elderly dog, Nina. From the moment she became their patient until her very last moments, they treated her with dignity, gentleness, and so much love. During one of the hardest experiences our family has ever faced, they gave us comfort, guidance, and the reassurance that Nina was receiving the very best care possible. A very special thank you to Dr. Brianna M., who cared for Nina with extraordinary compassion and professionalism. As Nina's pet parents, we will be forever grateful that she was by our side during Nina's final moments. Her kindness, empathy, and genuine love for animals gave us peace at a time when we needed it most. Thank you to everyone at the clinic for treating Nina as if she were your own. Knowing she spent her final moments surrounded by such caring hands is a gift we will carry with us always. We will never forget the love and compassion you showed our sweet girl.
