My first impression was wonderful from the time I called to inquire and then when I went for our first appointment. I was greeted warmly and they assisted quickly. When the Vet came in the room with his assistant, they introduced themselves and then immediately engaged with my dog. They not only greeted him gently but got right on the floor with him making him feel comfortable, safe and right at home. My dog struggles with anxiety but he was so comfortable and happy with them. He got through the exam easily and even did well with his shots. They were so helpful and knowledgable. I highly recommend Mills Creek Animal Hospital!

We would trust our two cats Roscoe and Rufus to no other veterinarian. Dr Norris and company treat our cats with love and dignity. Roscoe was abandoned at 2 weeks old and had an upper respiratory infection when we found him. Dr Norris had him taken care of in days. When we moved 1.5 hours away we tried to find a new vet, but we realized it was worth it to make the drive to be sure Roscoe has the best care he can get. When Rufus joined the family two months ago, there was no doubt where we would come for his care. The staff at Mills Creek is always kind and friendly. Dr Norris treats our cats as if they were his own, and we would not take them anywhere else.

very impressed. The vet had a long conversation with us describing some supplements that may improve the health of our dogs, and why they would be helpful. It was nice of him to take the time to do that.

Cannot say enough wonderful things about this veterinary office. They put our cat's needs first above running extra tests for profit and were so compassionate with all that he had going on. Really grateful they are back open in Concord. Highly recommend.

Dr. Norris is one-of-a-kind, amazing vet! His optimism and compassion towards our pets has been exactly what we've needed! Our family is so glad he is back in Concord and we just really appreciate him and the entire Mills Creek staff!
