Not a positive experience at all. Very impersonal. Communication is done by text from the parking lot and you are directed to a small waiting room when they are ready. As a retired doctor, had I treated my patient in this manner I would not have had a practice. Never met the doctor and you can't see the facility other than the small waiting room I cannot recommend this practice, albeit their fees are slight lower.

Amazing experience with my kitty! He needed his initial exam, vaccinations, and the dreaded neutering. They did it all in one visit and the price was extremely reasonable... to the point where I wasn't sure they charged me for everything! If you have pets, this is a wonderful place to take them!

Got a new puppy about a week and a half ago and made an appointment for the following week for shots and and a checkup. Called back the same day because I realized he had worms. They asked me to bring him in to be weighed him and offered me medicine that same day. What a wonderful and caring staff! His follow up appointment went amazing and was a lot cheaper than I expected. This office is accommodating and kind. I would recommend it to anyone in the Cashiers area
