This location has some of the best people across Banfield. They are polite, seem eager and happy to both see a d take care of your pet. I recommend Dr. Martin, she is amazing to work with. However all the doctors seem to be good people.

I made my appointment online and it showed full availability for today. I drove 30 minutes from Archdale to this location, due to it being the closest location that had availability. I go in to check in and they don’t even have me in their system. The receptionist claimed they were all booked up for today with no available doctor to see my dog, despite me showing her the confirmation email with my appointment info. She said that she does not recommend new patients booking online because it doesn’t display the correct information and it doesn’t always go through on their end.

Never been here before. had an emergency over the weekend with my senior boxer dog. Mr ace. one of his tumors swelled up to the size of a mango, our vet is closed on weekends. this banfield was short staffed, had one vet working her bum off; well the tumor literally exploded. it was BAD. receptionist was empathizing and informative. she told me to come in right away. they cleaned my dog up, scheduled his surgery two days later. I was overloaded by the end of it, even got a little emotional and upset bc it took a long time, i mean a long time and well i was on little sleep and emotional. i wish i could apologize for coming off stressed bc these people literally went above and beyond and were highly compassionate. They handled my little meltdown with kindness and the vet there did an amazing job above and beyond my baby is home and doing better. Thank you so much for helping my dog, and for being so professional and patient even though even when working their bum off.
