Do not go by online reviews. This is NOT the bad Burgaw vet. Dr. Baker is awesome and sweet and loves animals. My precious dog got hurt and they went above and beyond to help her. She could not be saved but they did try their hardest to find a way to do so. Even consulting with other vets to try to find a resolution for April. Thank you Dr. Baker for everything you did for our baby girl. Definitely will bring my other animals here. And thank you to Jesse the tech who fell in love with our April and helped her and me as well.

The Burgaw veterinary hospital has been the best since it opened. They took my dog into the back after a short wait. She was brought back to me within 10 minutes. Her shots were updated and her nails were clipped. They gave me her flea medicine and I completed my visit with payment. A little pricey but the service was worth it.

Dr. Baker is awesome, but everytime I call to schedule an appointment the front desk answers phone, can you hold Im super busy and it will be a while do you want to try to call back? Wth? No I'll call another vet that has the chance to answer hello and actually speak to me. Its happened too many times now and its very rude!!! desks

They are nothing compassionate, I called because my dog was literally dying and the ladies upfront were like I’m busy and then put music then went back to the call and said hold on you guys are the worst( F you 🫵🏻

What I do not like! They won't allow you to go back and stay with your baby in a strang place with strangers. Never again. Are they hiding something? Why wouldn't they want you see. Also very over priced. The Vet TEC was nice. And it was clean. With that said after several trips and a lot of $$ I had to take my baby to another Dr to get well .
