10/10 very friendly and family oriented! Answered all my questions over time and phone calls leading up to my dogs procedures . Listen to all my concerns and provided the comfort needed. Also noticed the separation anxiety from my momma dog and immediately allowed us to be with her after surgery. 100% worth the 3 hour drive from butte ! And great prices very reasonable . 3 healthy babies . Thank you trailhead staffing !

Dr. Kris Norris is a wonderful veterinarian! The folks on his team truly have a passion for providing the absolute best care to you and your furry family members. We previously saw Dr. Kris when he was at another practice and chose to follow him to Trailhead because of his love for his work and quality of practice. The office space is bright, open, inviting, and comforting. Absolutely gorgeous! The customer service we experienced from the office manager, Dr. Kris, and the vet techs was top quality! They were very efficient, and apologetic when there were some holdups, very aware of the value of my time as a client. Pricing for everything, from office visits to vaccines to minor and major procedures is posted on their website, which makes it a lot easier for folks to plan to get the best care for their pet. Not to mention the pricing is incredibly affordable and reasonable! 12/10 absolutely recommend Trailhead Vet!

Thank you so much to Dr Norris and the whole Trailhead team for taking such good care of my kitten. They got him in last minute for an emergency surgery and he's all better now. They're very affordable and compassionate. I highly recommend Trailhead for anyone with pets.

I am so impressed by them. I have been here twice. They were very caring and they got me in quickly. It's a really positive atmosphere and I was pleasantly surprised by the price. I like the pet portal too, very easy to access.

Dr. Norris and staff have been nothing short of excellent. Took our bulldog in for a tplo surgery, and multiple visits during recovery. Staff are very friendly and polite. Would highly recommend checking them out!
