I had a sick puppy & called early before they opened to see if they could get her in that day and recieved a call back shortly after that eventhough I was a new customer. They got me in that same day. Really great and caring staff. Great receptionist, tech, and Dr. Very caring and explained things in detail. Great vet to take your pets to!

A huge thank you to Grand Avenue Animal Hospital for taking excellent care of my dog Bailey her whole life. Sadly Bailey got sick and passed away recently. Dr. Doug took amazing care of her in her final days, but we had to make the decision that she would be happier and more comfortable on the other side. Dr. Doug and his staff were more than compassionate and caring with my family and her, and he made the process so comforting. He helped me make a hard decision much easier.
