Dr Lavelle is the BEST!! She is soo gentle and kind with our pets. She has there best interest at heart but also understand that sometimes budgets need to be considered. Thank you for taking such good care of Rocky when he was sick!

Started going here because they were close to my house, I wish I had read some yelp reviews first. You won't be able to tell if they are trying to upsell you on treatment, or if they are recommending what your dog/cat actually needs. There are lots of good vets around Bozeman/Belgrade, this is the only one of four that I've been to, growing up in the area, where I've had now a couple bad experiences. I will not be recommending anyone to go here.

Dr. Sarah has been my pets' vet for my whole growing up and now my animals as an adult. She is excellent at finding the solution and giving you the options to get the desired outcome. She is very straightforward so I never feel like my arm is being twisted into procedures I don't understand. She also is willing to state her opinion on the issues even though she gives you more options which I appreciate. I will always take my pets to Dr. Sarah. Featuring Zephyr.

Have been trying for 2 days to get my cats booked for checkups, shaving and claws clipped. This company has refused to send me the quote I asked for yet sent me a birthday card for the cats that they have not even met yet. When I called back to get answers I was told, "we are in surgery and you will have to call back later" when I asked why no one talked to me yesterday, when there were no surgeries, I was met with a resounding, "we are a busy clinic sir" got hung up on once and had to call back to speak to a head supervisor or owner who I was told would be indefinitely unavailable "as he is in surgery". Unprofessional and rude. I have $5000 to spend for services, but apparently my money is not good enough in this town. Will be driving 2 hours back to Billings to be a good pet parent

Dr. Sarah, Cassidy, and Michael have all been absolutely wonderful with our large senior dog. He has always been afraid of the vet and in the past vets have handled that by muzzling or sedating him, and due to that we really avoided taking him in unless it was for emergencies. They were so sweet with him and met his timidness with care and affection (and lots of treats!). Our dog needed surgery and they were very upfront and understand with pricing, aftercare, and addressed all our concerns. Surgery went great and our dog is doing well, he has found his vet for life!
