I have an injured cat and I called the clinic 3 times. The first time I was on hold for 10 minutes. The 2nd time I was on hold for almost 20 minutes. After I hung up and immediately called back, the same lady that put me on hold both times, answered. I told her that she had me on hold for quite sometime, and by her reaction you could tell that she had forgotten about me. She came up with the excuse that they were “extremely busy”. I told her that I have an injured pet and was hoping to bring her up there. She then told me that they were about to close and that they close at 6pm. I guess that’s the whole reason why she decided to place me on hold for a whole 30 minutes. Poor customer service to say the least!

My first experience here and they were wonderful!! The vet was very gentle, kind and my puppy loved her as well as the vet techs! Even after probing and shots she wagged her tail and offered puppy kisses to them. The price is reasonable as well. I will definitely be returning!

Excellent, my Maximums is very special puppy. This group of animal specialist are helpful with Puppy, they reminded me of his care, including heart worms, shots, and there very pleasant.
