Elmore Road Veterinary Clinic has been my vet clinic for over five years now, and they've never failed me. Always so kind and courteous. My dogs actually LIKE making the trip. From treating my babies like their own to walking me through any procedure or process with care and compassion, I couldn't go anywhere else...and I drive all the way from East Memphis! Thanks to that entire team!! Heidi, Lexie and I love you guys!

We have been taking our two dogs to Elmore Rd Veterinary Clinic for multiple years now. One of our favorite things is waiting in a private room as soon as we check in, versus the lobby with our reactive older girl. Every veterinarian & vet tech we have seen have been amazing, they take their time with our dogs and are very considerate and kind, no matter how busy it gets. Although everyone is great, Dr. Kelsey Wallace has been our favorite! She truly has gone above and beyond with us and each of our girls, especially anytime we have questions or concerns. We always rest easy knowing that she's guiding their care. We travel for work, so over time we have seen very many vets and we are just so thankful for Elmore!!

Elmore road vet clinic is a shell of the establishment it used to be. There are multiple shady policies in place that are being used to take advantage of unknowing pet owners. it used to be a great place with caring staff but its very evident that a dollar is more important than your furry family member. After being told THREE completely different policies regarding prescription renewals, we eventually got the prescription we needed for our senior dogs. After speaking with my vet directly and not with the front desk staff, i was informed "there is some confusion regarding some policies". My vet informed me that YOU DO NOT NEED AN ANNUAL FOR PERSCRIPTIONS AS LONG AS YOUR VET HAS SEEN YOUR PET WITHIN A YEAR. We went to see them for our pet who has extreme difficulty moving, let alone being in a vehicle due to osteoarthritis a week before his annual (which we were NOT notified of while we were there and had no idea when it was) and got a prescription filled. The next month when we needed to get it renewed, they refused stating it was their policy that he be in for an annual, even though we were there the week prior for his osteoarthritis. Not only would i have to pay for the previous visit, the medications, AND his annual, but this would also put a tremendous amount of stress on my dog having to ride in the car. The front staff are horrible and it seems no one ever has any definitive answer without putting you on hold for 10 min while they consult their management. We really loved the Elmore road vet clinic, but honesty involving policies as well as customer service have fallen by the wayside.

They saved my puppy life! Took my 7 month old puppy here for possible parvo virus and couldn't be happier. They did everything they could to make him better and we were able to bring him back home ❤️. Staff and doctors were great!
