They are racist with people. I have 4 dogs. I was vaccinating them with a 3-vaccine treatment and they didn't want to give them the last one. They would never want to treat us. The treatment from the repessionist is very terrible. They have no empathy, nor do they care because the care was for the dogs. The care is very bad. That's why I asked for my dogs' record and went to another vet where they do treat the dogs with love.

The receptionists provide poor service, lack empathy, and are unhelpful. They are racist toward Hispanics. I went three times on different days, and they never got through to the doctor. They told me she wasn't there, or that she was going on a trip, or that I should come back in the afternoon. I would arrive at the clinic at 8:20 a.m. and other people would arrive, but they would see me. I don't recommend it. Zero.

I love this clinic! Always take care of my fur babies! It’s the audacity to call them racist towards hispanics when they have hispanics that work there! Don’t believe anything you see on the internet! (including Dr. Ruth retiring that’s a bunch of bull) Would recommend this clinic over anyone else in the area!

I met Dr Ruth when I was 15 years old in 1999. She was then and is now the best vet I have ever delt with. I have had my own dogs and around 20 rescue dogs and cats in this office in that time and she still has my 100% confidence. She and her staff are down to earth and regular dog and cat loving people like the rest of us. Trust this clinic and you won't be sorry. It's a come and wait in line practice but they are worth it. I promise.

Took my Doberman puppy in for an ear infection yesterday. I was taken care of promptly and professionally. Dr. Ruth was so kind and helpful with all of my questions. Also, they are very affordable on their prices. In fact, they are the most affordable small animal clinic I have ever been too! Thank you Olive Branch Animal Clinic!
