I cannot say enough about the kind people at this clinic. From Maggi taking my first call to saying goodbye to our Sadie girl, it was evident that this team is fantastic, knowledgeable and compassionate. Our pup was not a regular patient but that did not matter when it came to her sudden needs today. They treated her as if she’s been with them for years & even sent her over the rainbow bridge with some chocolate in her belly. They listened to what we thought would make this process a little bit easier and made those things happen. As hard as it was to say goodbye to our girl, we are at peace tonight for what they did for us today and knowing our girls last moments were spent being so loved on and cared for. Thank you always.

We had been coming to Lakeview intermittently over the past few years when our regular vet was unavailable. Our longtime vet retired and transferred our services full time to Lakeview. Dr. Shefield and his team have been amazing with our pack. Having 5 dogs (4 being senior), we are frequent flyers. So it was a lot to transition all our pets' extensive medical history, but team did it with ease. We have been so pleased with the care and service we have received, especially recently as we lost our oldest dog suddenly and 3 of our remaining 4 are battling significant health issues. We can always count on getting the information we need to understand how to make the best decisions for their care.

Today was my first visit to Lakeview Animal Hospital with my 12 year old miniature schnauzer. Wow!, from the receptionist, techs and vet! I originally went for a 2nd opinion for some health issues with Gabby. Dr. Sheffield was such an amazing & caring veterinarian I knew immediately that I had found the place I wanted to use permanently. He took the time to explain all of Gabby’s lab results, health issues and answered my questions. They are the best of the best!!

I have been to many vets over my lifetime of owning pets and I have never been happier than at Lakeview Animal Clinic! The staff and Dr. Sheffield genuinely care about the fur babies and don’t not charge you for unnecessary treatments. They always review costs of everything before they do anything to make sure you are aware and accepting of the recommended treatments. My 9-year Frenchie also had to have a leg surgery. He gave me two quotes which depending on what he saw when he opened her leg up. In the end, I paid the lower quote because he did not charge me for the additional work. He was honest and didn’t try to charge for something that he didn’t do. I really really appreciate this whole vet practice. Every person I have come in contact with working at Lakeview have been beyond happy & exceptional! I can’t say enough good things about these loving, caring people. ❤️❤️. They even have a kids area in the waiting room. The BEST veterinary clinic ever
