We love Dr. Emery & her staff at Lakeland Animal Clinic! Our dog, Loula, LOVES going to the vet and everyone loves her, too. Highly recommend LAC.

Update 2: Dr. Emery really cares about her practice. She took the time to call and find out more about our experience and is taking actions to fix it. She addressed all of our concerns and I feel like I did when I wrote the original review. Thank you! Update 1: The staff at the front counter was replaced with unfriendly people that didn’t make me feel welcome. Some of the doctors left, and was replaced with an older gentleman that booted Henry out of the room with his foot. Not the kind of person I want caring for my animal. We had billing issues where we were told we wouldn’t be charged for an office visit for a monthly allergy shot, but was charged every time and had to ask for refunds. We took our business somewhere else. Original review: Fantastic. Staff at the front counter was welcoming, friendly, and happy to help answer all questions. Doctor was very knowledgeable and sweet to my pet. I love the cat entrance! And there’s a store cat named Henry!!

Dr. Emery and her staff take such amazing care of our beloved dachshund! She takes the time to explain any procedure, what medicines he is on and beyond. The front desk staff is welcoming and knowledgeable. They are quick to see us in an emergency and always follow up to see how our pup is feeling. When he got his teeth cleaned Dr. Emery personally called me to let me know he was doing great in the recovery room. A+ staff, service and facilities!!

When the vets at Lakeland Animal Clinic concluded that my sweet kitty baby, Sheva, had a deteriorating hip bone they jumped swiftly into action. They were kind and compassionate with their care and made sure that I had all the facts necessary to make a decision. After Sheva's surgery he has regained full mobility of his leg and is back to his little kitty antics. I truly can't recommend Lakeland Animal Clinic and their caring staff enough.
