The actual treatment was quick and easy good with animals, receptionists people skills could use some brusing up. Organizational skills lacking definitely room for improvement. Prices are reasonable so it balances out in Pros vs Cons. Will return.

Always have had nothin but great care. Wouldn't go anywhere else, and yes i am picky when it comes to my babies. Awesome staff and great vet's.

Absolutely love the new group! Cindy @ the front is wonderful and I appreciate the time and care she always extends when I call. I have a rather unsocialized dog and they are always very accommodating!

One thing you will notice when you come into warsaw is that this vet clinic is always busy. I just had my cat there last wk and I wondered if the staff just goes home and falls down from non stop running. They are great!!Affordable. Let you know prices up front and you can tell EVERY customer feels same way. Great job guys!

The vet assistants that came out to start the process were very friendly and showed sympathy when we brought our beloved great Dane Booger in to be put to down. The vet that came out to put the medication in to put him down was very rude and acted like she hated her job. We won't be using this vet office again for any of or other animal care needs.
