Years ago I took my lab in to get spayed and two days later her incision opened up on my daughters lap. Called and did not receive a call back for four days. Fortunately Whetstone stepped up and took car of my pup

Dr. Hubner has been my dogs' vet for at least 20 years if not longer. He and his wife are very helpful, courteous, empathic, friendly yet professional. They are very much appreciated.

We've taken our animals to Dr Hubner for the last 4 yrs and just recently we had our two cats spayed, when I tried to contact him, his receptionist who is always rude told me he didn't have anything this week not even for an emergency, so I told her I'm taking my business elsewhere. Please replace this woman she should NOT be in customer service of any kind.

So rude. I called to find out if their vet treats rabbits, and prices for treating a rabbit. I brought up I thought it was mites, or another parasite. The secretary who answered the phone, told me, “Mites are not parasites. Parasites are only in the intestines.” I did not want to talk about what defines a parasite. I really just wanted the right info. Our conversation was less then two minutes, before she hung up on me! I couldn’t believe it. Plus, I never got the info I asked for. I don’t know if they treat rabbits, or what they charge.
