I had to take my German Shepard in for a cut artery on Sunday night, not only did the receptionist quickly take my call serious, but she immediately called the doctor in and said he’d be there within 30 minutes since I was leaving the Ft Wood area. When I got there the doctor was quick to assess my dog and give me an answer. I am so appreciative for the staff and doctor who made sure my girl was okay. It means a lot that they were quick to respond on a Sunday afternoon as well. They charged me appropriately and fairly. I am so happy with my experience!

I appreciated them helping me with a tragic situation on Christmas Day. Though they were closed, a very kind lady on the phone said someone was coming in to take care of some other things could tell me if our girl was actually gone. He listened for a heartbeat and looked at the color of her gums, and confirmed what no one wants to hear. She was gone. It was an extra 5 minutes out of his day, but it meant the world to me to know for sure (I was in denial, hoping she was just unconscious and didn't want to bury her without someone who actually knew for sure telling me she was gone). Very kind of them to help us know how to move forward on a very, very hard day.
