I've been going to general vet clinic since I was a little girl with my first pet. Dr. Phillip Briscoe is hands down the best vet I've ever met. He's very personable, takes time to explain things. He will also make a plan with you to care for your pet the best way possible. When the time comes that your best fur friend cannot go on any longer he feels your loss with you. I've made him cry several times with my own pets. I won't go to anyone else, best guy around!

These wonderful people know how to take care of you, and more importantly, your pet. We take our cat and dog here, and the vets, techs, receptionists, EVERYONE treats them like my pets are the only animals in the world. Best vet clinic in the Hannibal area, hands down

Love "General Veterinary Clinic" & I love Dr. Briscoe.. he's very caring & gentle with all of my pets especially my older cat Dora who has hyperthyroidism he's so understanding easy to talk to & down to earth & overall you couldn't ask for a better vet than Dr. Philip Briscoe.❤️ 😊🐈🐾🐕🐩🐾🐈⬛🐎🐾🐄🐖🐾..🦣🦕😁❤️

I just brought my puppy here with a dislocated hip and severe infection two days ago and puppy Avalons doing great her hip is relocated and all swelling is gone for a more than fair price she's happy and playing with my other dog thank you General Veterinary Clinic!! I'd definitely recommend
