Just called at 7:33, very upset, my cat needs to be seen! Lady said,"we close at 8, our last appointment is at 7:40. I CANNOT believe that a place thats supposed to care about animals would basically refuse to see my cat who is bleeding from his privates area !!! I said I could be there in ten minutes & she repeated her previous statement regarding closing time!!! I am livid!!!!!
