Today was my first visit and I am definitely going to keep coming back. The vet and all the staff were wonderful to me and my litter of 7. The best veterinarian experience I have had.

Wish my dog was important to them. Called on hold for a hour and said he needs seen but since we havnt seen him we can see hi. As emergency like my money isn't as good as anyone else. Thought a emergency service wouldn't have mattered. Not the only vet clinic like this but the only thing they could say is take him to Springfield or Arkansas.

Shout out to the wonderful team here! They made my dog feel very welcome. He was feeling so bad and they were so good to him. Very attentive and knowledgeable. They explain everything they did and why.

I had a C section on a dog done here a couple years back and they did a wonderful job! Sadly it appears their customer service has fallen by the wayside. We needed emergency services this evening and they simply stated, after contacting the vet on call for this evening, that she wasn’t interested in performing the service. We couldn’t get in to the only other emergency clinic open so essentially they sentenced our dog and her puppies to their death because they weren’t interested in performing a C section this evening. It’s heartbreaking that a business supposedly focused on the welfare of animals operates with this selfish mindset to where they couldn’t care less if a dog lives or dies. A C-section is a simple, routine procedure…

Dr. Gentry took such wonderful care of our Jasmine. She had a very large tumor removed from her front leg. It was a tough procedure and a long healing process. He did not give up on her and made sure she was pain free.
