The vet is great! I've used her for years. But the front staff, she's not great with customer service. She was impassive and condescending. At first I thought she wasn't a morning person but when I went back to get my pet she was the same way. I'll go to another vet. I spent over $200 (cat was in heat so it was $30 more) to get my pet spayed and the girl at the front desk was rude and the sentiment of her demeanor was uncalled for. That wasn't the first time she's made me feel uncomfortable.

First off, I want to say that my family has taken all of our animals to this vet, and we have never had a problem until this happened. We told the vet what the problem was, he had a blockage in his GI track, the vent then went on a spending spree for about 3 days, testing him for everything that wasn't the problem. We spent almost a $1,000, to only be told that yes, he had a blockage, and the surgery with them would cost at least an additional $700. This screams to me that this vet only cares about the money, not your pet. I wouldn't recommend this vet to anyone.

My dog had a terrible growth that bled on his buttocks. He was very sick. Dr Danner and her crew did a surgery to fix my dog Joe. He’s well again and feels much bettter. Thank you Dr Danner for your wonderful care of the dog I love. Glad we have you here in Dexter.

We told everyone in that office that our dog had something stuck in his stomach and then they did everything else besides do x-rays to check. Literally we picked him up with knowing the exact same thing when we dropped him off.

Wonderful experience, Dr Dannar was easy to understand, offered several alternatives and took time to explain each without any pressure, she was upfront with the cost and how to treat our little girl
