I just moved to the area so I didn’t know where to go. Dr Herrin’s office got me in same day to take care of my dog that was in pain from a shoulder injury. Such a nice staff and Dr. Herrin was very kind and attentive. He fixed us right up in no time!

My three visits to this clinic were consistently bad. The worst experience was during a routine check-up when my dog had an accident on a fake plant. The staff member attending to him kicked my dog, causing him to yelp. This behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Herrin and all his staff! He is the most loving, caring, and professional veterinarian I have ever met.
