They were amazing! My dog Doug had never been to a vet before and they were so kind, understanding, and judgement free. Dr. Luca and the tech (I think her name was Cari?) were so good with him and the medicine they prescribed for his persistent ear infection has worked wonders! The swelling finally went down and he is feeling so much better (still need to finish the full course of treatment but looks like he's going to be pain free finally!) Dr. Luca and the tech answered all my random questions and gave me some really great advice and suggestions too. And when I forgot to ask for a flea/tick prescription and went back the next day, they had one ready for me in minutes. I will definitely be bringing Doug back! He is currently living his best life and feeling great 😁 Thank you, Dr. Luca!! ❤️

The vet tech Richard was amazing. Very informative and made sure I understood every step of the process with my pet. Dr. Luca was also very nice and gentle with my cat. Will use again

I mistakenly came 9/2 for appointment 9/3 and they were able to see me anyway. Dr. Levin and her team were very pleasant and took the time to answer all of my questions. I am grateful to them for getting my dog taken care of and will be going back.

Make sure to seek a second opinion, they prescribed my cat bexacat. Which if you don't know, it's a medication that is supposed to treat diabetes. Unfortunately it also has a high rate of killing cats, which was not disclosed to me because of this fact most vets refuse to prescribe it. My cat is currently dying due to bexacat. Our new vet is trying to undo the damage that was caused by this oversight and hopefully save his life but it's not likely. For the new year petco gave our family the trauma of watching our family pet die from a treatable disease had I not decided to put my trust in this place.
