I love this Vet Clinic. The staff and the doctors really care about my dogs. They are compassionate and take time to explain procedures. I have been able to get in for emergencies. I trust them. They are also reasonably priced.

The staff at BVC were a great comfort as we learned our beloved kitty was very ill, much more than we'd known. They reassured us that cats are champions at hiding sickness and so it wasn't unusual that his ongoing playfulness, hearty appetite, and generally healthy appearance wasn't a surprise despite his growing internal disease as he aged. He was eased out his pain and spared worse problems to come as his condition became worse for him and his quality of life declined completely. The veterinarian was honest and treated him and us with compassion, and we're very grateful for her and all who work to help animals and pet owners at BVC.

Our family has been using this Vet for our animals for well over 20 years. They have been so compassionate every time we have had to make the difficult decision to let a four- legged family go and it was no different last week when I had to say goodbye to my "Sissy".

Dr. McCallum and her team are wonderful to work with! They are considerate of each of my pets' individual needs and take the time to address all of the issues I've presented to them. They are not pushy about treatment plans like some other offices. I would recommend them to anyone in the area.

This place is super busy every day and no matter what has helped me and my cats out anytime I call they fit us in the vet calls me or text to check on them its amazing my cats love going there they really are the best and they really care about your pets . Thank you so much
