H & E west MO provided free vaccines during a community event to my three dogs. The vet who worked with us did them with absolute precision and swiftness, especially considering that one of my dogs is extremely reactive and liable to bite. He was in a muzzle when we arrived but that did not deter the doctor who ensured that the shot was quick and as painless as possible. Out of all of my three dogs not a single one so much as whimpered, it was truly the most positive and stress free experience possible all things considering. I would definitely go back to this place for shots. While I have not needed any of their other services, I would be willing to trust this doctor to proform them as he was very kind and professional to both me and my animals while also making sure things went as quickly as possible for my annoying little ankle biters.

First visit today. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I was impressed with Dr Hoagland and his handling of my baby. Satisfied with diagnosis. Have found new vet. He actually listens. 😊

My small dog was attacked and had to undergo a surgery with a different vet. I wasn't pleased and there were complications. I called H&E and they got me in same day and got us on the right track to healing with another surgery that was done top notch! Dr. Karen has been a blessing during this time. I had questions after 4 days and I was able to text a picture so I wouldn't have to make a drive if it wasn't needed and they were able to tell me she was okay and didn't need to be seen until her appointment. I highly recommend this clinic. The staff is great and prices are affordable as well! We will never go anywhere else again!
